Yes.  

 

With confirmed consent from a parent/guardian, students may change classes.  

There are no additional fees for changes prior to 25 February 2019.  Starting 25 February 2019, a 70,000won fee applies for all changes per student per session.  All change requests are based on availability and payment must be made within 24 hours.  

Any payments lost due to withdrawal from program will be contributed to Camp SFS.

Can students change classes?

No.  

Students are not required to wear school uniforms to Camp SFS, so long as they wear weather appropriate attire that are suitable to participate in daily classes.

 

High School students are to keep the same dress code applied during the school year for all Camp SFS activities.

Do the students wear school uniforms?

Yes.  

 

SFS is a nut free campus.  For students who are allergic to things other than nuts, please notify Camp SFS at time of registration and check that the Health Office is aware of all medical concerns.

 

For returning SFS students, medical records during the school year will be used for Camp SFS.  However, parents are highly encouraged to alert the Camp SFS Office and the Health Office at registration again, if you wish to clarify specific needs of a student.

Is SFS a nut free campus?
What happens if a student is sick or injured?

If a student's sickness or injury is identified during Camp SFS hours (08:30-15:00), he/she will be directed to the Health Office.  The Health Office will then determine the state of the student and do one of three options: (1)return the student to Camp (2)call a parent/guardian for pick-up (3)with the permission from parent/guardian (pre-signed Mandatory Release Form), call an ambulance for the student to be transported to Severance Hospital ER.

Starting Camp SFS 2019, all students are welcome to join Camp SFS, so long as they meet age/grade expectations for each program and space is available.

Who are the instructors?

Camp SFS instructors range from SFS faculty, certified teachers, Camp SFS staff, SFS graduates, and off-campus experts.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. 

All payments are 50% refundable within three days of registration.  All payments are non-refundable after three days of registration. 

Any payments lost due to withdrawal from a program will be contributed to Camp SFS.

Will there be lifeguards?

I'm waitlisted.  What happens now?

Yes.  

 

Students will only be allowed in the pool, when a certified lifeguard is on duty.  

The Camp SFS Office will contact those on the waiting list upon session availability.
